  Email our customer service team with your order number and clear photographs of the damaged goods or incorrect items received.

  Our team will review your claim within 48 hours to confirm the issue and authorize a replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.

  Safe Disposal

  Once your claim is approved, there is no need to ship perishable liquids back to us; please dispose of the damaged contents safely and recycle the packaging.
